The Chicago White Sox invited members of South Suburban ABATE to participate in
its bike night
on Thursday September 1st as the Sox took on the Detroit Tigers. A group of
riders headed down
to US Cellular field and met up with other members of the chapter (31 in all).
We were then treated to a
great game where the Sox trounced the Tigers 12 - 3 (plenty of fireworks that
night). Spending time with
a great group of people made the evening fly by. Hopefully next year we'll have
more folks make it.
