We regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control the
25th Annual Helmet Roast will not take place this year.

The chapter is looking at options for an alternative event,
as we still want to recognize the accomplishments of the last 25 years.

However, in fairness to those that may have made reservations, we thought it best to
inform the members as expediantly as possible, so that they may request a refund.
  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
